01Is Ssequence legit?
Yes. Ssequence is a real online fashion store. Orders placed through our official website are processed through our store system, and customers receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Once an order is fulfilled, tracking information is sent by email.
Our official website is ssequence.com, and our customer support email is cs@ssequence.com. We never ask customers to pay through personal accounts, direct messages, or unofficial payment links.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices on Ssequence are listed in USD.
Do you have a physical storefront?
Ssequence is currently an online-only store at Ssequence.com. We are planning our first physical store in NYC, although the opening date has not been confirmed yet.

What gender is Ssequence’s clothing made for?
Ssequence is designed around womenswear silhouettes, with pieces that are expressive, versatile, and easy to style across different wardrobes.
Some styles can also work beautifully for boys or anyone who prefers the fit. We recommend using the smart size calculator on each product page to find your best size.

02Where can you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping and currently deliver to most international locations, including 169 countries around the world.
Where do you ship from?
It depends on the items in your order. We work with multiple warehouse locations, and most Ssequence orders ship from Shanghai, while some items may ship from New York.
What are your delivery options and shipping costs?
We currently work with DHL and other international carriers. Estimated transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5 - 9 business days. Free for orders above $79, or a flat $9 shipping rate for orders below $79.
- DHL Express: 2 - 5 business days. Rate calculated at checkout. The current DHL shipping fee is a flat $59 due to increased tariffs.
Why has my order still not shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 4 days. If your order has not shipped after 3 business days, please contact us at cs@ssequence.com, and our support team will be happy to help.
How do I track my order?
You can visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number with your email address or phone number.
💳 Duties, Checkout & Support
03Do I need to pay customs fees?
- US & Canada customers: Tax & Duty Free.
- EU customers: Tax & VAT Free.
- Other international customers: Duties and import taxes may be collected upon delivery.
I am having trouble placing my order. I'm receiving a message that states "Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."
Please try checking out again in your browser’s Incognito or Private mode. Sometimes the payment system may block a transaction by mistake.
You can also contact us through the live chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen, and one of our customer representatives will assist you.
👗 Product Availability
04Will sold-out products be re-stocked?
About 60% of sold-out products are restocked within 2 - 3 weeks. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified when your favorite style returns.
If you can no longer find the product on our website, it is most likely permanently out of stock.
