How We Select Products

Each product on Ssequence is selected through an editorial lens. We consider the garment’s silhouette, fabric expression, construction details, styling potential, and the way it contributes to a larger wardrobe language.

Some items are selected from independent designers and emerging fashion studios. Some pieces are chosen for their strong visual identity, while others are selected because they complete a specific styling direction within the Ssequence wardrobe.

We do not see curation as simply adding products to a store. We see it as building a wardrobe system — one where individual pieces can speak clearly on their own, but also work together through layering, contrast, and repetition.

Order Process

After an order is placed on Ssequence, it moves through the following steps:

1. Order Confirmation
   An order confirmation email is sent after checkout.
2. Order Review
   Our team reviews the order details, including product information, size, color, quantity, and shipping address.
3. Fulfillment Preparation
   The item is prepared for shipment. Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–4 business days.
4. Tracking Information
   Once the order has been fulfilled and handed over for shipping, tracking information is sent by email.
5. Delivery
   The package is delivered by the carrier according to the selected shipping method and destination country.

Shipping Locations

Ssequence works with multiple warehouse locations.

Most Ssequence orders ship from Shanghai, while some items may ship from New York, depending on inventory availability and the items included in the order.

If an order contains multiple items, fulfillment time may vary by item. In some cases, items may be prepared separately depending on stock location and product handling requirements.

Packaging and Parcel Preparation

Before a package is handed over for shipping, the order information is checked against the selected product, size, color, and shipping address.

Because many Ssequence pieces are selected for specific silhouettes and design details, we recommend reviewing product photos, size charts, and descriptions carefully before checkout.

Once the parcel has been prepared and fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before the order has been fulfilled. Once the package is already in transit, the shipping address may no longer be adjustable.

Lost and Stolen Packages
