    Orders are typically fulfilled in 3 business days. 

    *Please note that DHL tracking number is generally provided to us 3 days after the shipment has been dispatched. You will receive an email notification as soon as we have the tracking number.

    Need to change address?

    Email cs@ssequence.com with your order # and address before your order is fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, we may not be able to modify the address since the package is already on route.

    Lost & Stolen Package Policy:

    Lost Packages: Responsibility for lost packages lies with Ssequence. In such cases, items will either be replaced or refunded to the customer. A package is considered lost if it is not marked as "Delivered" according to the United States Postal Service's electronic tracking system.

    Stolen Packages: Responsibility for stolen packages rests with the customer. A stolen package is one that has been successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Once the United States Postal Service's tracking system confirms delivery, the package becomes the customer's responsibility. Ssequence is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for stolen items.
